Marshall, Minn. -- After day one at the EverSpring Inn & Suites Mustang Invite, Minnesota Crookston women's golf sits in 10th place out of 12 teams.

The Golden Eagles are 13 strokes clear of MSU Moorhead and the Golden Eagles are eight strokes shy of sliding into the top-seven.

Augustana leads the tournament, while Sioux Falls and Chadron State sit in second and third, respectively.

Macy Kleve of Chadron State and Payton Drefke of Augustana are in a tie for first.

The Golden Eagles were led by Ainsley McLain (Sr., Grafton, N.D.), who sits in a tie for 22nd, shooting an 81 for the day. Laura Sitter (Fr., Medora, N.D.) and Libby Dulmage (Sr., Leeds, N.D.) are each in a tie for 31st after each shooting an 83.

Dani Tinklenberg (Fr., Williston, N.D.) sits in a tie for 56th.

The Golden Eagles will close out the tournament tomorrow.
