The Golden Eagle men's cross country team competing as individuals in men's track and field team looks ahead to compete at the last indoor meet of the season at the University of North Dakota for the UND Tune-Up on Friday, February 21 at the Frederick "Fritz" D. Pollard Jr. Athletic Center in Grand Forks, N.D.
After a competitive season of indoor meets, the Golden Eagles aim to better their time in the 3,000m as they have four runners competing in the event.
Robert Ingle (Jr., Laura, Ohio) holds a season best of 9:34.24 in the 3,000m.
Riley Hanson (R-So., Farmington, Minn.), will look to continue his hot streak of season-bests this Friday as he gears up for the 3,000m.
Connor Thoennes (Jr., Coleraine, Minn.) will look to bounce back from his time of 9:33.56 at the Gopher Classic as he prepares to run in a competitive field in the 3,000m as well. Lastly, joining the crew is
Noah Revels (R-So., Farmington, Minn.), who will be running the 3,000m for the first time this season. Â
The 3,000m will kick off at 4:09 p.m.
