Crookston, Minn. - The Golden Eagles have had a strong season this year, and will look to have a strong final few weeks to end this season. Last week, at the Defender Classic, the Golden Eagles finished 8th out of the 16 competing programs. That stands as their third time finishing in the top half this season.
It's been Noah Revels (R-Jr., Farmington, Minn.) leading the way for the Golden Eagles this year, netting himself another top 20 finish this past weekend, finishing 16th with a time of 25:10. Aaden Nauman (So., Windom, Minn.) was next for the Golden Eagles, finishing 53rd with a time of 26:08. Riley Hanson (R-Jr., Farmington, Minn.) was the final Golden Eagle to finish top 75, coming in at 65th with a time of 26:17.
The Golden Eagles will look for another strong performance this weekend at the NSIC Championship in Wayne, Nebraska. They will start their meet at 1:15 p.m.
