Edmond, Okla. – Minnesota Crookston men's golf placed in 20
th out of 21 teams at the NCAA Super Regional Preview hosted by Southern Nazarene University in Edmond, Okla.
 
Arkansas Tech won the tournament shooting an 842, three strokes ahead of Central Oklahoma. Rogers State shot an 846, rounding out the top three. Henderson State and Missouri Southern State close out the top five.
 
Concordia-St. Paul was the highest placing NSIC team, finishing in a tie for seventh.
 
Individually, Sam Tandy of Harding University won the tournament, shooting a 198 through 54 holes. The Bison placed in a tie with the Golden Bears for seventh.
 
For the Golden Eagles, 
Ethan Howes (So., Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta) led the way with a 219.. 
Jayme French (Jr., Fargo, N.D.) tied for 61
st place after shooting a 222 overall, with a 71 in round two. 
Layton Bartley (Jr., Fargo, N.D.) was also outstanding in the second round, shooting a 69. 
Lukas Justesen (Jr., Detroit Lakes, Minn.) and 
Andrew Wilhelm (Fr., Fargo, N.D.) shot a 232 and 235, respectively.
 
The Golden Eagles have concluded their fall season and will continue their spring portion of the schedule in the spring.
