Joplin, Mo. – The Minnesota Crookston men's cross country team will head to Joplin, Mo., to compete at the Regional Championships, hosted by Missouri Southern State University. The Championships will take place tomorrow morning into the afternoon.

The Golden Eagles will look to continue their strong season. Minnesota Crookston placed 12
th out of 14 teams at the NSIC Championships. They also placed 12
th in 2021. They improved their average at the NSIC Championships and it has continued to improve in the last three seasons.
At the NSIC Tournament,
Colton Uber (R-So., Brunswick, Ohio) was the high-placer for the Golden Eagles, finishing 50
th with a time of 27:01.09.
Tristan Morneault (R-So., Dieppe, New Brunswick) finished with a time of 27:25.44, good for 64
th. Chris Feldeward (R-So., Melrose, Minn.) and
Warden Dahlgren (R-So., Edgeley, N.D.) each finished with personal records at the NSIC Championships, as well.
This weekend in Joplin, there are 36 teams competing in the Central Region Championships.
The Men's 10,000 meter race begins at 10 A.M.
