WEST SALEM, Wis. – The University of Minnesota Crookston men's cross country team placed 23
rd out of 28 teams at the Jim Drews Invitational at the Maple Grove Venue in West Salem, Wis., in the 8K.
Minnesota Crookston was guided by
Colton Uber (R-So., Brunswick, Ohio) who set a season best with a time of 26:50.34.
Tristan Morneault (R-So., Dieppe, New Brunswick) set his season best clocking in at 27:15.63.
Connor Thoennes (Fr., Coleraine, Minn.) finished in 27:52.32 for a personal record.
Chandler Gray (Fr., Dilworth, Minn.) set a personal record with a time of 28:25.84.
Chris Feldewerd (R-So., Melrose, Minn.) set a season record with a time of 29:12.11.
Warden Dahlgren (R-So., Edgeley, Minn.) set a season mark with a time of 29:58.1. Jaxi Xiong (Jr., Brooklyn Park, Minn.) made his collegiate debut, finishing in 30.05.22.
Wisconsin-La Crosse won their home event with an average time of 24:56. Iowa Central Community College athlete Aspel Kiprob won the individual race with a time of 24:25.9.
The Golden Eagles will compete at the NSIC Championship Saturday, November 5 in Wayne, Neb.
