CROOKSTON, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Crookston softball games originally scheduled to be played on the road in Mankato, Minn. and St. Paul, Minn. have been site relocated to Crookston, Minn. The games will be played Fri., April 14 at 1 and 3 p.m. against Minnesota State University-Mankato and Sat., April 15 at 12 and 2 p.m. against Concordia University-St. Paul.
The games were moved due to an increased probability of rain in Southern Minnesota this weekend.
Minnesota Crookston comes into the weekend with an 11-24-1 (1-12-1 NSIC). They need just one win to tie a program record for victories. The mark was originally set with 12 in 2004. Concordia-St. Paul enters the weekend with a 11-24 (3-11 NSIC) mark, while Minnesota State leads the league with a 34-6 (12-2 NSIC) record.
