In this installment of Regal's Rundown, Sam Smith sits down with UMC softball senior Josee Plante (Sr., 3B, Manitou, Manitoba).Smith, a former UMC football player talks to Plante about winding down her senior season in the Maroon and Gold. In addition, they talk about the role that Head Coach Don Stopa has had in Plante's improvement during her senior season. They also talk about Plante's emotions going into Senior Day and joke about her Canadian heritage.
