Sophomore Paige Schaust (P/OF, So, Delano, Minn.) led the Golden Eagles in five games in Florida this week. Schaust hit .563 (9-16) with eight base hits and a double. She had a slugging percentage of .625 and drove in two runs. In the pitchers circle Schaust earned her first win of the season while holding a 1.24 ERA. She threw 5.2 innings, gave up seven hits and six runs with just one of them being earned. As a team, UMC hit .366 and tallied two homeruns and 30 RBI.

The Golden Eagles return to the field tomorrow to play Fisher College at 9 a.m. and Delawared Valley College at 11 a.m.
