“The team has done a great job of staying focused in the gym, cages and Crookston Sports Center,” says Head Coach Mitch Bakken. “It is always tough to go and play games and then return to regular practices. We have addressed the things we needed to work on following our games in St. Cloud and I think the team is ready to see some live action and continue to prepare for our NSIC season,” adds Bakken.

Minnesota, Crookston opens the NSIC schedule on April 2-3 when the team travels to Winona State and Upper Iowa. The conference double-headers are scheduled to start at 1 p.m. and noon respectively. UMC opens the home schedule on April 5 when Bemidji State comes to town for a double-header beginning at 2 p.m.
