St. Joseph, Mo. – Connor Czirjak (So., Calgary, Alberta) and Marc Bofarull Balleste (So., Barcelona, Spain) each sit in a tie for seventh at the Midwest Regional Preview hosted by Missouri-St. Louis in St. Joseph, Mo. As a team, the Golden Eagles are in 14^th in the 17 team field.
 
Czirjak, who is playing as an individual, shot a 73 in the first 18 and improved by five strokes, shooting a 68 on the back 18. Bofarull Balleste shot 69 through the first 18 and a 72 in the final round on the afternoon.
 
Ferris State leads the field, while Missouri-St. Louis and Missouri Western are in second and third, respectively.
 
Missouri S & T and Drury round out the top five.
 
Lukas Justesen (Sr., Detroit Lakes, Minn.) is the next highest Golden Eagle on the leaderboard, sitting in 56^th. Gannon Walsh (Jr., Belgrade, Minn.) shot 75 during the first round and is in a tie for 66^th.
 
The Golden Eagles will look to move up the leaderboard during the final round of the Midwest Regional tomorrow. The Golden Eagles will tee off in the morning.
