Larchwood, Iowa – Minnesota Crookston men's golf tees off at the USF Invitational in Larchwood, Iowa on Monday and Tuesday. It is the second to last fall tournament of the season for the Golden Eagles.
Minnesota Crookston will look to end the season the way they started, as they opened the season with a pair of top-five finishes.
Following a weekend break, the Golden Eagles will be back in action following the Midwest Regional Preview, where they finished in 14
th.
At the last tournament for the maroon and gold,
Connor Czirjak (So., Calgary, Alberta) was outstanding, finishing in a three-way tie for seventh.
Marc Bofarull Balleste (So., Barcelona, Spain) placed 14
th at the preview.
The Golden Eagles will feature Bofarull Balleste,
Lukas Justesen (Sr., Detroit Lakes, Minn.),
Andrew Wilhelm (So., Fargo, N.D.), Czirjak and
Layton Bartley (Sr., Fargo, N.D.).
Holdyn Evjen (Fr., Hermantown, Minn.) and
Gannon Walsh (Jr., Belgrade, Minn.) will compete as individuals.
The Golden Eagles will compete against the following programs: Winona State, South Dakota State, Bemidji State, Minot State, UMary, Sioux Falls and Augustana.
