LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The University of Minnesota Crookston women's golf team finished eighth at the Warrior Invitational Tues., March 12 and Wed., March 13 at Stallion Mountain Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nev.
The Golden Eagles put up a team score of 838 over the two days with rounds of 403 and 435. Minnesota Crookston was led by
Anna Olson (So., Fertile, Minn.), who shot rounds of 93 and 100 to finish tied for 32
nd.
Allison Bot (Jr., Minneota, Minn.) carded rounds of 98 and 107.
Camryn Larson (Fr., Fertile, Minn.) shot scores of 106 and 112. Nicole "Kimi" Konishi (Fr., Cypress, Calif.) carded a 106 and a 116.
Marlee Steffes (Fr., Fertile, Minn.) shot rounds of 128 and 126.
Missouri Western State University took the team title with an overall score of 653, upending Rocky Mountain College by six strokes. Missouri Western golfers Shi Qing Ong and Anna Bech shared the individual title with scores of 159.
The Golden Eagles return to action at the 2019 Augustana University Invitational April 13-14 in Sioux Falls, S.D.
