DURANT, Okla. – University of Minnesota Crookston outside hitter
Kassi Green (R-Sr., Anoka, Minn.) was named to the South Central Classic All-Tournament Team at the conclusion of last season's tournament on the campus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Green is leading the team with 4.33 kills per set after the four matches last weekend. She is hitting .239 on the season and is averaging 0.33 blocks per set. She notched 15 kills and hit .257 in a match versus Ouachita Baptist University. In Minnesota Crookston's win over Southern Nazarene University, Green tallied 13 kills and hit .407 on the match. She tallied 12 kills against both University of Central Missouri and Southeastern Oklahoma State.
The Golden Eagles will return to action at the Max and Erma's Classic in Aberdeen, S.D. Sept. 8-9.
