Hudson, Wis. -- Coming off of an 11th place finish at The Mule in Missouri, Minnesota Crookston men's golf continues the fall season at the Fall Brawl at Troy Byrne Golf Club in Hudson, Wis., hosted by Minnesota State.

At The Mule, the Golden Eagles were as high as fourth throughout the tournament and finished in 11th.

Minnesota Crookston shot 285 as a team during the first round of the tournament last weekend, tied for second for the lowest score in program history.

Andrew Wilhelm (Sr., West Fargo, N.D.) shot a 67 last weekend, tied for the lowest round in program history.

Including Wilhelm, the Golden Eagles appears to keep the same lineup as a weekend ago, with Marc Bofarull Balleste (Sr., Barcelona, Spain), Kolby Koerner (Fr., Grand Forks, N.D.), Jack Justesen (Jr., Hawley, Minn.) and Brock Burhans (Fr., Detroit Lakes, Minn.).

The 11 team field includes a number of NSIC schools; Upper Iowa, Concordia-St. Paul, Bemidji State, Minot State, Jamestown, UMary, Madison College, Minnesota State, Sioux Falls and the recently re-added program of St. Cloud State. The Huskies announced in 2020 that they were cutting golf, but brought both men's and women's golf back in the spring.

The two round tournament commences tomorrow and ends Tuesday.
