Minneapolis, Minn. - The Golden Eagles had their highest Roy Griak Invitational ranking in program history, finishing 11th out of the 21 competing teams, that is with 320 points and 25:26 team average being the lowest totals in program history at the Roy Griak Invitational. Morgan Shaw (Jr., Redmond, Ore.) once again led the way, finishing in 39th, which is the highest Roy Griak individual ranking in program history, with a time of 24:33.
Madison Hilliard (Sr., Jacksonville, N.C.) was next for the Golden Eagles, coming in 44th with a time of 24:44, following her was Natalie Wood (R-So., Big Timber, Mont.) in 46 with a time of 24:48, Grace Alwardt (Jr., Lake Elsinore, Calif.) came in at 123rd with a time of 26:22, followed by Caroline Kuehne (So., Long Prairie, Minn.) in 143rd with a time of 26:43, Amber Collins (Fr., Deer Creek, Minn.) was in 189th with a time of 27:40, Rivyn Dipadova (Fr., Soldiers Grove, Wis.) finished 211th with a time of 28:15, and Annelise Offerdahl (Fr., Circle Pines, Minn.) finished 223rd with a time of 29:09.
The Golden Eagles return October 3rd in Colfax, Wisconsin for the Blugold Invitational. That race will begin at 5:15 p.m.
