Crookston, Minn. - The Golden Eagles will head to the NSIC Tournament for the second year in a row and the second time in program history. It will also be the second consecutive year of matching up with the University of Sioux Falls. Last year, it was the Cougars that got the win over the Golden Eagles in a 4-3 match.

In singles, Nadia Cases Mundet (So., Barcelona, Spain) leads the way at 9-4, Blaike Zander (Sr., Bismarck, N.D.) is right behind her at 8-5, Daniela de Lucas Rivera (So., Madrid, Spain) had a strong weekend, boosting her record to 7-4, and Abril Manas Hernandez (Fr., Barcelona, Spain) is currently 6-3.Â

In doubles, Nadia Cases Mundet and Kavya Singh (Jr., Agra, India) are leading the charge at 6-5 and Blaike Zander and Asli Oktay (Fr., Istanbul, Turkey) are at 4-4.

The Cougars. The Cougars are coming into the tournament as the third seed in the NSIC this year after going 7-2 in conference play. They will also be operating as the tournament host.

In singles, the Cougars are led by Sofiya Jonas at 9-7, she is followed by Jaelyn Haler and Ella Hancock who are both 8-6.

In doubles, Ella Hancock and Sydney Osburn lead the way at 6-8.
