Minnesota Crookston Baseball Heads to the Granite City for Doubleheader with Huskies

CROOKSTON, Minn. - The University of Minnesota Crookston baseball team is set for an important road series at St. Cloud State University Wednesday, April 24 at Joe Faber Field in St. Cloud, Minn. The games will be at 1:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m.

The series is pivotal in the NSIC standings, as St. Cloud State is a half-game ahead of Minnesota Crookston in third place. The Huskies are just a game back of Minnesota State in second place, while the Golden Eagles are 1.5 games back of the Mavericks. The Golden Eagles come into Wednesday with a 25-13 (19-9 NSIC) mark. They have produced seven 20-win seasons in the last 10 years. The Huskies are 24-15 (20-9 NSIC) coming into Wednesday. Minnesota Crookston is 3-2 in the last five games with St. Cloud State.
