CROOKSTON, Minn. - The University of Minnesota Crookston baseball team is on a roll of late as they have gone 13-3 in their last 16 games. The Golden Eagles will look to continue their hot streak as they host Southwest Minnesota State University Saturday, April 13 at 1:30 and 3:30 p.m., and Sunday, April 14 at 12 p.m., at the UMN Crookston Baseball Field. The games will be the first at home for the Golden Eagles.
Minnesota Crookston comes in with a 19-11 (13-7 NSIC) record. The Golden Eagles are one win shy of reaching 20 wins for the seventh time in 10 seasons. The Mustangs come into Crookston with an 18-12 (12-9 NSIC) record. Southwest Minnesota State is 4-1 in their last five games. The Golden Eagles are fifth in the NSIC standings, while the Mustangs are one spot behind them in sixth.
