Crookston, Minn. - The ACHA Regional Rankings have now officially dropped and the Golden Eagles come in ranked ninth in the Central Region. They will now move forward throughout the season knowing that each week could change the way they are viewed in the rankings, with rankings set to drop every week from here on out.

The Golden Eagles have already played three top 25 ranked opponents in Jamestown (23), Minnesota (5), and Wisconsin (3). Overall, the University of Minnesota Crookston is 3-3-0 in these matchups with a +5 goal differential in the six games. Each of those opponents are within the conference as well. The Golden Eagles finished last year ranked fifth in the Central Rankings, a program high. 

With one more ranked opponent left on the schedule as of now, that team being St. Thomas (2), the Golden Eagles know that every weekend matters just as much as the last and need to take advantage of a 12 game homestand.
