CROOKSTON, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Crookston equestrian team travels to Brookings, S.D. to take on South Dakota State University in a NCEA meet Saturday, October 15. The Golden Eagles are 0-2 in NCEA competition during the 2022-23 season. They fell 13-3 to University of South Carolina September 23 and 12-3 to Delaware State University September 24.

Against South Carolina, the Golden Eagles picked up two points in horsemanship with victories from Belle Sand (So., Spicer, Minn.) and Olivia Becker (Sr., Deer Park, Wis.). Julianna Gullo (Fr., Itasca, Ill.) picked up a point in flat for Minnesota Crookston.

In the Delaware State meet, Gullo picked up a victory in fences. Ashlyn Montague (Fr., Draper, Utah) earned a point for the Golden Eagles in reining, as did Fahren Kolpack (Jr., Ontonagon, Mich.).
