The Golden Eagles face Minnesota State University at 6 p.m. Fri., April 6 in Minnetonka, Minn. Minnesota Crookston wraps up the season Sat., April 7 at 4 p.m. against Southwest Minnesota State University.
The Golden Eagles enter the weekend with a 0-11 mark. Minnesota Crookston has continued to improve and compete in matches this season. Minnesota State comes into the day with a 4-10 record, while Southwest Minnesota State is 3-10 on the 2018 season.
The Golden Eagles have looked to
Adrianna Tiede (So., LeCenter, Minn.) with a 1-7 mark at the No. 3 singles spot.
Whitney Erickson (Sr., Spring Valley, Minn.) will conclude her four-year career for the Golden Eagles this weekend. She plays at No. 1 singles and teams with
Reanne Erickson (Jr., Fargo, N.D.) at the No. 2 doubles spot. Whitney and
Reanne Erickson are 1-10 at No. 2 doubles on the 2018 season.
Minnesota State has been guided by Erin Streeter, who is 6-8 at No. 1 singles. In doubles, the pair of Streeter and Monika Ryan own a 3-11 record at No. 2 doubles.
Southwest Minnesota State looks to Cora Delich with a 5-8 record at No. 2 singles. Delich and Gabby Tellijohn have a 2-9 mark at the No. 1 doubles slot.
