CROOKSTON, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Crookston tennis team will head down the road to Bemidji, Minn. Sun., March 26 for a pair of matches at Gillett Recreation and Fitness Center. The Golden Eagles will take on Bemidji State at 9 a.m. and University of Wisconsin-River Falls at 12 p.m.
Minnesota Crookston comes into the weekend with a 0-9 record. They have had a month since their last match as they fell 9-0 to Augustana University Feb. 26. The Golden Eagles are in their first season under Head Coach

Minnesota Crookston is led at No. 1 singles by
Whitney Erickson (Jr., Spring Valley, Minn.), who is currently 0-8 on the season. At No. 2 doubles,
Reanne Erickson (So., Fargo, N.D.) has posted an 0-7 mark. In doubles, the No. 1 pair of Whitney and
Reanne Erickson has posted a 0-7 mark.
Bemidji State comes into the weekend with an 8-3 record. The Beavers last competed March 4 with a 9-0 win over University of Minnesota Morris. Bemidji State has been led at No. 1 singles by Morgan Opp, who is 8-2 on the season. At No. 2 singles, Zoe Lindgren has posted a 7-2 record. In doubles, the o. 1 pair of Opp and Lindgren has a 7-4 record on the season.
Wisconsin-River Falls comes into the weekend with a 0-7 record. The Falcons have not competed yet this spring. UWRF last competed Oct. 22-23 as they finished seventh at the WIAC Conference Tourney in Madison, Wis. Wisconsin-River Falls is led at No. 1 singles by Brittany Asfeld, who has posted a 1-4 record. At the No. 6 slot, Karli Helland is 2-4 on the season. At No. 1 doubles, Anna Ebensperger and Molly Deering come into the weekend with a 0-6 mark.
