The team comes in with a 4.24 team earned runs average on the season. The Golden Eagles have especially looked to their starting pitching led by the trio of Cody Pamperin (Sr., RHP, Shakopee, Minn.), Parker Hanson (So., RHP, Hawley, Minn.) and Justin Yutrzenka (Fr., RHP, Argyle, Minn.).

Pamperin leads the way with a 2.38 ERA in 22.2 innings pitched with a 1-1 mark on the year. He is 0-0 with a 2.81 ERA in 25.2 innings pitched, while Yutrzenka is also in his first season. He is 2-0 with a 3.27 ERA in 22.0 innings pitched.

Out of the bullpen, Zach Seipel (So., RHP, Eagan, Minn.) has been the guy on the back end of the rotation again this season. Seipel led the league with 11 saves this season. He is 0-2 with a 2.70 ERA with two saves on the year.

At the plate, the U of M Crookston is hitting .254 as a team. They are a much different team this year after graduating a good bit of power last season. Anthony Stewart (R-Jr., Oak Harbor, Wash.) has been the leadoff hitter most of the season, hitting .302 with 15 runs scored and seven stolen bases. Reed Hjelle (So., 1B, East Grand Forks, Minn.) has been the leading power bat for Minnesota Crookston. He is hitting .356 with 12 RBI's with three doubles and two triples.
