CROOKSTON, Minn. - In the fourth episode of the 2017 season,  Ryan Ratcliff sits down with Minnesota Crookston women's basketball Head Coach Mike Roysland. The two talk about the first six games and the areas the team is looking to improve in as they continue with the NSIC season. In addition, they touch on the crucial roles that four-year players Emily Gruber, Micaela Noga and Isieoma Odor play for the team. Ratcliff and Roysland also talk about the program's four newcomers and what they have brought to the table early in their careers. Coach Roysland also previews this weekend's action at Minnesota State University Moorhead and Northern State University. Finally, Ratcliff asks Roysland about his favorite memories as a long-time high school basketball and volleyball coach.

Regal's Rundown has been airing on UMC's YouTube Channel for five seasons. It features a student host interviewing Minnesota Crookston student-athletes and coaches to give Golden Eagle fans a look at upcoming games and the people who make up Golden Eagle nation. Ratcliff is the fifth host, joining former hosts Josh Brehmer, Sam Smith, Derrick Redd, Jr., and Zach Greenberg in an elite club of hosts of "Regal's Rundown".
