Box Score 2 CROOKSTON, Minn. - The University of Minnesota Crookston baseball team is set for a four-game series with Concordia University-St. Paul Thursday, February 19 and Friday, February 20 with a pair of doubleheaders at LaRoche Baseball Complex in Fort Scott, Kan.
The Golden Eagles enter the weekend with a 3-4 (2-1 NSIC) mark, coming off a 2-2 series with Southwest Minnesota State University in Brandon, S.D. Concordia-St. Paul 1-3 (0-0 NSIC). They took the first game of a four-game set against Missouri Western State University two weeks ago, but lost the next three. The Golden Eagles are 22-50 all-time against the Golden Bears. Since 2019, Minnesota Crookston leads the series 16-5. The two teams split a neutral-site series 2-2 last year in Sioux Falls, S.D. Minnesota Crookston and Concordia-St. Paul have not played at one of the two Universities since 2021 in Crookston. The two teams played close to St. Paul in 2018 and 2019 in Minnetonka, Minn., but have not played in St. Paul, Minn. since 2014. During the stretch, they have played games in Minnetonka, Sioux City, Iowa, Omaha, Neb., Beatrice, Neb., and Sioux Falls, S.D.
