Smithville, Mo. – Through one round at the NSIC Conference Preview in Missouri, Minnesota Crookston women's golf sits in 12
th place at the 13 team field.
Augustana is leading the pack through the back nine, while Wayne State and Minnesota State are in second and third, respectively.
For the Golden Eagles,
Ainsley McLain (So., Grafton, N.D.) led the flock on the day. The sophomore finished with a 79 on the day, placing the southpaw in 17
th. McLain finished with three birdies on the day, as well.
Clara Hanson (Sr., Grand Forks, N.D.) finished with one birdie on the day and is in 26
th place.
Anaka Lysne (Jr., Wahpeton, N.D.) and
Lauren Bowyer (Jr., Ivanhoe, Minn.) are in 58
th and 67
th, respectively.
The Golden Eagles will wrap-up the two day tournament tomorrow morning.
