CROOKSTON, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Crookston baseball team will hit the road for a relocated game against Minnesota State University Wednesday, April 13 at 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. at Bowyer Field in Mankato, Minn. The games were originally scheduled to be played in Crookston, Minn., but were relocated due to forecasted weather and field conditions.
The games against Minnesota State have a history of being relocated. UMN Crookston and Minnesota State have not played in Crookston since April 26, 2011. The Mavericks did play a game in Crookston against Bemidji State University April 16, 2018 in a neutral-site game. Since this game is being relocated, UMN Crookston will remain as the home team in the doubleheader.
