CROOKSTON, Minn. – The UMCTeambacker Golf Classic Presented by Altru was held virtually from August 28 - September 13, 2020. The 30th annual golf scramble was won by the five-person team of Shayla Solberg, Michelle Helgeson, Tracy Allrich, Carrie Clauson, and Rich Clauson from Altru with a score of 59. The Altru team was awarded the Altru Cup, which they will possess until the next Golf Classic is held.

Teams competed at Minakwa Golf Course in Crookston, Minn. as well as other courses. Due to COVID-19, the original date for the Golf Classic of July 17 was postponed and the decision to hold the golf scramble virtually was ultimately made. The Golf Classic is one of UMC Teambackers most successful fundraising events each year.
