CROOKSTON, Minn. – The Mark Olsonawski Scholarship Golf Tournament and the UMC Teambackers Golf Classic, respectively, will be held Thursday, June 6 in Hallock, Minn., at Two Rivers Golf Course and Friday, June 14 at Minakwa Golf Course in Crookston, Minn.

The Olsonawski tournament is an 18-hole, Texas Scramble. Registration will start at 9 a.m. at Two River Golf Course with a 10 a.m. shotgun start. Pre-assembled teams of four are welcome and individuals without a team will be assigned one. The tournament will be limited to the first 80 golfers, team registration is $260.00 or $65 per individual. United Valley Bank and Erickson Smokehouse Bar & Grill of Fertile return as proud tournament corporate partners. Registration includes 18 holes, mulligan, door prizes, lunch and a tournament gift. The UMC Teambackers Golf Classic will take place on Friday, June 14, starting at 9 a.m., with registration beginning at 8 a.m. The Classic hosts up to 18 teams, and will also be a Texas Scramble at Minakwa Golf Course. Teams of five are welcome and individuals without a team will be assigned one. Team registration is $600.00 or $125 per individual. Proud tournament partners include State Farm Insurance, Andy Oman Agent and Altru. Registration includes 18 holes, mulligan, lunch, a tournament gift, a chance at $25,000.00 for a Hole in One on hole #4, sponsored by Brost Chevrolet, McKinnon Company, and Noah Insurance.
