The Minnesota Crookston student-athlete advisory council (SAAC) and the NSIC are committed to bringing awareness to sexual assault. It's On Us to promote awareness and It's On Us to look out for all our students. 

"It's a rallying cry, inviting everyone to step up and realize that the solution begins with us.  Launched in September 2014, It's On Us works to educate, engage, and empower students and communities across the country to do something big or small to end sexual assault.  The campaign has three core pillars-consent education, increasing bystander intervention, and creating an environment that supports survivors." (excerpt from itsonus.org)

The NSIC SAAC Group has committed itself towards enhancing awareness around sexual assault and puts for an It's On Us campaign every year.  Each SAAC member seeks out pledges to help spread the cause.  Further information my be found at www.itsonus.org.
