CROOKSTON, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Crookston volleyball program announced the signings of Kenzee Langlie (S, 5-6, Fargo, N.D./Fargo Davies H.S.) and Charlee Krieg (MH/OH, 5-9, Cavalier, N.D./Cavalier H.S.) to National Letters of Intent. Langlie and Krieg give the Golden Eagles a pair of signees from the Peace Garden State.

"We are excited to add both Kenzee and Charlee to our Golden Eagle volleyball family," said Sarah Rauen. "Both are great players in the state of North Dakota, and we can't wait to get them here and have them contribute to our team, campus, and community."

Langlie and Krieg give the Golden Eagles great players who will help replace five seniors that the program will lose following the 2019 season in Kaitlin Sikkink (Sr., MH, St. Charles, Minn.), Sabrina Leuer (R-Sr., OH/RS, Hamel, Minn.), Ali Schueler (R-Sr., DS, Howards Grove, Wis.), Alyssa Thomas (Sr., OH/DS, Marion, Iowa), and Meli Rodriguez (Sr., MH, Sarchi, Costa Rica).

Langlie gives Minnesota Crookston depth and competition at the setter position along with Sydney Kruisselbrink (Jr., S, Rochester, Minn.) and Natalie Koke (R-Fr., S, Caledonia, Wis.). Krieg joins Shelby Dunbar (Fr., MH, Fertile, Minn.) at middle hitter. At outside hitter, she joins Porsha Porath (So., OH, Windom, Minn.), Lauren Wallace (R-So., OH, Bloomington, Minn.), Hannah Stark (So., OH, Esko, Minn.), and Deaira Gresham (Jr., OH, Maplewood, Minn.).

Minnesota Crookston has posted a 4-22 mark on the season. The Golden Eagles have continued to show improvement throughout the season. Minnesota Crookston has taken a set apiece from two historically strong NSIC programs in Minnesota State University and Southwest Minnesota State University. Minnesota Crookston is currently in their third season under Head Coach Sarah Rauen.

The student-athletes listed as having signed a National Letter of Intent or Offer of Admission to play volleyball at the University of Minnesota Crookston have been verified by the Minnesota Crookston compliance office once they sign the National Letter of Intent or once the student-athlete has accepted an Offer of Admission for Minnesota Crookston.
