BURNSVILLE, Minn. – University of Minnesota Crookston women's basketball player Isieoma Odor (R-Sr., F/C, Bloomington, Minn.) was named NSIC North Division Player of the Week for the third time this season.

Odor continued a magnificent start Saturday as she secured 21 points and seven rebounds in a 70-61 win over Bemidji State University to open NSIC play. Odor was 10-of-15 for 66.7 percent from the field against the Beavers. In addition, she was 1-of-1 from the charity stripe. Odor added one assist, one block, and two steals. Odor surpassed her former teammate Micaela Noga for seventh all-time in scoring this weekend. She has 1,122 career points for the Golden Eagles. Odor needs 84 points to move past Brittani Wiese for sixth all-time. She is currently third all-time in rebounds with 609 career boards. Odor needs 87 rebounds to surpass Laurie Tyson for second, and 89 boards to move past Katrina Nordick for the school record for rebounds. Odor is averaging a double-double of 17.4 points and 10.3 rebounds for Minnesota Crookston this season.

Odor joined Minnesota State University's Rachel Shumski as NSIC Players of the Week. Odor ties Katrina Nordick for the most NSIC Player of the Week honors in a season for the Minnesota Crookston women's basketball program. Nordick garnered three NSIC Player of the Week accolades during the 2015-16 season. Odor is the quickest player to three conference Player of the Week honors in Golden Eagle history.

The Golden Eagles open their NSIC home slate Fri., Dec. 7 at 5:30 p.m. against Minnesota State University Moorhead.
