TAHLEQUAH, Okla.– The University of Minnesota Crookston women's basketball team received votes in the D2SIDA Central Region poll released Mon., Dec. 10. The Golden Eagles have been ranked or received votes in the D2SIDA Central Region poll during each of the last four weeks.

Minnesota Crookston heads into the weekend with a 7-2 (2-1 NSIC) record. The Golden Eagles continue to be off to their best start since the 2004-05 season.

The Golden Eagles received one vote this week in the poll. Augustana University was the top-ranked NSIC team slotted in at No. 2, while University of Sioux Falls was ranked No. 7. Minnesota State University Moorhead and University of Mary also received votes in the regional poll.

Minnesota Crookston hits the road this weekend to take on Augustana Sat., Dec. 15 and Wayne State Sun., Dec. 16.
