In the sixth edition of Regal's Rundown for the 2018-19 season, student intern Ryan Ratcliff sits down with Minnesota Crookston women's basketball coach Mike Roysland. They discuss the expectations for the season. In addition, the two talk about the role of senior captains Isieoma Odor and Caitlin Michaelis. They also discuss the growth of the program under Roysland since 2006. They also discuss the growth of a strong freshmen class, that includes eight players. Lastly, Ryan and Coach Roysland talk about Roysland's family farm and his passion for farming, as well as coaching.
