CROOKSTON, Minn.  – The University of Minnesota Crookston baseball games originally scheduled for April 20 and 21 against Augustana College at the UMC Baseball Field in Crookston, Minn. has been moved to Karras Park Home of Ronken Field in Sioux Falls, S.D. The games were moved due to unplayable field conditions at the UMC Baseball Field due to inclement weather.

The games at Karras Park will mark the second series the Golden Eagles played at Augie's home park as they hosted Northern State University in their last games April 7 and 8. UMC has had their last six contests canceled due to weather. The games are scheduled for 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. April 20 and 12 and 2 p.m. April 21. UMC has yet to play home games this season due to the unseasonable weather in the Red River Valley this winter and spring.

The Golden Eagles come into the weekend with a 0-27 overall mark. UMC had perhaps their best hitting performance in their last two games as they plated 11 runs and had 15 hits in game two against Northern State while they had seven hits in game one against the Wolves. Jordan Prill (Sr., 1B/OF/P, Melrose, Minn.) hit .333 in the last four games for the Golden Eagles. Prill had two runs scored and three RBI's in the series against Northern State. Prill comes into the weekend batting .247 to lead the team with seven runs scored and four RBI's. Leadoff hitter Josh Brehmer (Jr., 2B/SS, Roseville, Minn.) comes in hitting .235 with foru runs scored and five RBI's.

On the mound, Matt Korte (Jr., IF/OF/P, St. Cloud, Minn.) leads the team with 26-and-two-thirds innings pitched with a 0-6 mark and a 8.10 ERA.

Augustana College enters the weekend with a 22-15 mark on the season. The Vikings are led by Alex Fink, who batted .439 with 13 runs scored and 14 RBI's last season. Marcus O'Neill comes in hitting .375 with 20 runs scored and 11 RBI's.

On the bump, Augie is led by Ben Heairet, who is 3-4 with a 4.58 ERA in 37-and-one-third innings pitched.
