(Crookston, Minn.) - The University of Minnesota, Crookston Women's Basketball team has qualified for the 2011 NSIC/Sanford Health Women's Basketball Tournament. The Golden Eagles finished the 2010-2011 season with an overall record of 13-13 and NSIC record of 10-12.

U of M, Crookston gained the eighth seed and will travel to top rated Wayne State College Wednesday night in Wayne, Neb. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. The Wilcats defeated the Golden Eagles twice this season. Wayne State College won 79-60 on December 18 in Crookston and 92-64 in Wayne on Friday night.
