(Crookston, Minn.)- Augustana College opened up a 48-37 halftime lead and did not look back on their way to 90-66 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC)  Men's Basketball victory over the University of Minnesota, Crookston tonight in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Cody Schilling led all scorers with a stellar 44 points (14-22 from the field). Cameron McCaffrey added 24 points (6-11 from the field).

The Golden Eagles were led by Eric Dearden (Sr, G, Riverton, Utah) who scored 16 points (6-10 from the field). Jacolby Anderson (Jr, G, Lancaster, Tex.) added 15 points (6-9 from the field) while Adam Hendricks (Sr, F, Watertown, Minn.) chipped in 11 points (4-10 from the field).

Augustana College improves to 18-8 overall and 15-7 in the NSIC. The Golden Eagles close out the season at 7-19 overall and 3-19 in the NSIC.

U of M, Crookston bids farewell to five seniors. Including Dearden and Hendricks, the Golden Eagles will miss Mike Larsen (Sr, F, Bluffdale, Utah), Jon Michalski (Sr, G, Silver Bay, Minn.) and Jason Servaty (Sr, G, St. Michael, Minn.).

The University of Minnesota, Crookston is an NCAA Division II Institution and a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC). The Golden Eagle Equestrian team is a member of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA).
