University of Minnesota Crookston Athletics

Becca Messick started her career at UMC in early spring 2025. She works primarily with men’s and women’s cross country, club hockey and softball programs.

Prior to UMC, Messick worked for Athletico Physical Therapy in Schaumburg, Ill providing coverage for Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates high schools starting in August of 2024.

Messick earned both her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science Pre-Athletic Training in 2022 and Master of Science in Athletic Training from Aurora University in 2020.

Messick is a BOC certified athletic trainer (ATC) and US Army Stop the Bleed certified.

Messick is an Illinois native and lives in East Grand Forks, MN.
