Prior to UMC: Named Second Team All-Three Rivers League…Hodgdon was picked as the MVP of the Newberg High School soccer team as a senior…She scored 88 percent of her team's goals during her senior season…Also played basketball for Newberg High School…Played club soccer for the Westside Timbers.

Personal: Daughter of Leslie Murray and Don Hodgdon…Plans to major in aviation with a minor in ecology restoration…Born Dec. 8, 1999…Had an unweighted GPA of 4.0…Is on track to be valedictorian..A member of the National Honor Society.

"I chose Minnesota Crookston because the school had everything I want in a school," Hodgdon said. "As I am going into a rare major - aviation - I knew it would be a challenge finding a school where I could major in aviation, play soccer, and minor in ecology restoration. To my disbelief when I visited Minnesota Crookston, I discovered all my desires in a school. After a great experience with the team, I knew Minnesota Crookston was right for me."
