Biography

2015 (Junior): Started all 17 games, playing mostly at center back for the Golden Eagles...Gau finished the season with two assists...She had an assist against Augustana and Southwest Minnesota State...Gau was a part of four shutouts and just 23 goals against UMC on the season. 

2014 (Sophomore): Gau appeared in 11 games with one start for the Golden Eagles...Gau had one shot on goal...She aided a back line that allowed a school record 18 goals on the season and had eight shutouts.

2013 (Freshman): Provided depth in the back four, earning five starts in 11 games played...Helped contribute to all-time low 25 goals against.

High School: Attended Monticello High School of the Mississippi 8 Conference...2013 graduate...four-year starter and letter winner...played in 73 career games...three-time all-conference selection...served as team captain...named team MVP and Most Dependable...name all-state honorable mention as a junior and all-state as a senior...also a member of the 2012 MYSA Under 18 State Champion River Eagles.

Personal: Daughter of Todd and Diane Gau of Monticello, Minn...Majoring in exercise science and wellness...Sister Kallie Gau is also a member of UMC soccer team.
