2025(Junior): Wood had a amazing debut season with the Golden Eagles... she set a personal 5k record with a time of 18:37... She also set a 6k personal record with a time of 22:17... Wood finished 21st with a time of 23:05 in the NSIC Championships which is a program record... At Central Regional she placed 78th with a time of 22:46.

Prior to UMN Crookston: Wood spent two seasons at Montana State University, redshirting one...Wood posted a personal best of 22:27 in the 6K...She has a 5K personal mark of 19:03...Her best one-mile mark is 5:14, while her best 1500 is 4:52...She is her high school record holder in 1600, 3200, and the 5K in cross country...She was the State Track Champion in 1600 and 3200...She was a State Runner-Up in cross country twice, and also placed third and sixth...She was a State Track Runner-Up in the 1600...She placed third twice at the State Championship twice in the 3200...She was part of a State Track Championship as a team twice...Wood is a seven-time State Champion.

Personal: Daughter of Jennifer and David Wood...Attended Sweet Grass County High School...She plans to major in horticulture.
