2023 (Freshman): Alwardt set her 6K mark at the NSIC Championship with a time of 24:45.50...She ran 24:45.9 at the Jimmie Invitational...Grace ran a 5K at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite of 20:39.09...At Regionals, Alwardt clocked in at 24:51.89.
Prior to UMN Crookston: Team captain three years in a row at Santiago High School in Lake Elsinore, California, something that had never been done at her alma mater...CIF Preliminary all four years of high school, as well as CIF Finals in all four years...Advanced to state as a junior.
Personal: She is the daughter of Heather and Mike Alwardt and plans to major in Animal Science and Equine Science at Minnesota Crookston.
