2024 (Sophomore): Williams clocked her season best at the NCAA Central Region Championship with a time of 26:03.4....She clocked a time of 27:56.9 at the Dordt Holiday Inn Express Classic.
2023 (Freshman): Williams set her personal record with a time of 24:13 at the NSIC Championship...Williams ran a 25:23.3 in the 6K at the Jimmie Invitational...She finished the 5K in 21:16.60 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite...She ran a 21:30 at the Augie Twilight to begin her collegiate career.
Prior to UMN Crookston: Was a great student at Nashwauk-Keetin High School, acheiving a 4.0 GPA and was a member of the National Honor Society...Was a Cross Country and Track and Field captain...All-Conference member, as well as Academic All-State...Was a state qualifier.
She is the daughter of Jaime and Bill Williams and plans to major in Health Science at Minnesota Crookston.
