Biography

2018-19 (Junior): McWilliams played in 21 games, all off the bench for the Golden Eagles...Averaged 3.1 PPG and 2.6 RPG...Scored double-figures in wins over Saint Martins where she scored 11 and scored 10 in the conference opening win over Bemidji State...Shot 91.7 percent from the free throw line.

2017-18 (Sophomore): McWilliams started 17 of the 23 games she appeared in before going down with a season ending knee injury against Northern St...Before her injury, she lead the offense as the teams point guard averaging more than two assists per game...Look to see her bounce back going into her Junior year.

2016 (Freshman): McWilliams had a strong freshman season, coming on strong during the second half of the year...She played in 27 games with eight starts for the U of M Crookston...McWilliams averaged 17.5 minutes per game...She averaged 2.5 points and 2.3 rebounds per game...Notched 15 points on 6-of-6 from the field at MSU Moorhead...Tallied eight points and six boards at Bemidji State Jan. 10...Notched six boards during four games of the 23016-17 season...Notched seven assists against Minot State and U-Mary.

Prior to UMC: McWilliams is a local product from right down the road in Grand Forks, N.D. and Grand Forks Central H.S...She led the team in assists and rebounds for the last two seasons...Was a four-year varsity athlete in basketball...She was a strong athlete in volleyball and softball...She led the team in assists, kills and aces as a junior on the volleyball team and was second in digs and third in blocks...McWilliams earned the Hardest Worker Award on the volleyball team...She was named the team's Most Valuable Player for volleyball as a junior and was a four-year varsity player...In softball, she led the team in doubles, triples, home runs, runs scores, RBI's and steals as a junior...She was named Most Valuable Player as a sophomore and Offensive Player of the Year as a junior. McWilliams was a four-year varsity softball player, as well.

Personal: She is the daughter of Mary and Bob McWilliams...She was born March 31, 1998 and majors in elementary education...Her father Bob McWilliams played basketball at Mayville State University...She is very involved in Student Council, National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes...She was named WDAZ's Hometown Star in December of 2014.
