2019-20 (Sophomore): Peplinski played in 26 games and started nine as a sophomore for Minnesota Crookston...She notched 6.8 points and 5.7 rebounds per game...Peplinski averaged 16.7 minutes per game...Tallied a season-high 19 points against UMary...She notched a double-double of 15 points and 13 rebounds against Southwest Minnesota State...Peplinski had 13 rebounds versus UMary...She notched 13 points against Northwest Missouri State.

2018-19 (Freshman): Peplinski finished her first season as a Golden Eagle very strong...Peplinski came off the bench for 18 games and averaged 2.3 PPG and 2.3 RPG on the season...In the final eight games of the season, Peplinski averaged 14 MPG...Scored a career high 14 points in a double-overtime loss to Minot State on 2/15/19.

Before UMC: Peplinski averaged 23.5 points and 13.0 rebounds per game as a junior at Hustisford High School...She was an All-Trailways-East Conference First Team pick last season. In addition, she was named the Female Athlete of the Year at Hustisford High School...Peplinski was selected 95.3 WXRO Radio All-Area. She earned All-Star accolades at a club tournament...In addition, she also recently reached 1,000 points...Peplinski also tallied 3.0 assists and 4.1 steals per game as a junior...She notched 30 points on 9-of-14 from the field against Oakfield High School. Peplinski tallied 35 points on 12-of-21 from the field versus Dodgeland High School...In addition, she notched 29 points on 11-of-14 from the field against Rio High School.
