Biography

2020-21 (Sophomore): The Eagan, Minn., native played in all 16 games, starting in 14...Carpenter shot 33 percent from the field and 38 percent from deep, burying 19 shots from deep, good for second on the team...Scored a season-high 16 points in a win at home over Northern State...In the Golden Eagles final four games, Carpenter made 10 three pointers, including six in one weekend against the Beavers of Bemidji State.

2019-20 (Freshman): Carpenter played in 27 games and started 13 as a freshman for the Golden Eagles...She tallied 21.3 minutes per game...Carpenter tallied 3.7 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game...Shot 81.5 percent from the foul line as a freshman...Carpenter had a season-high 12 points versus Minot State...She tallied 11 points against Minot State and St. Cloud State...Dished out a season-high six assists versus Augustana and Minnesota Duluth.  

Prior to Minnesota Crookston: Carpenter helped lead Eastview High School to the 2017-18 Class AAAA State Championship. She was a 2017-18 All-South Suburban Conference selection. Carpenter earned All-South Suburban Conference Honorable Mention honors as a sophomore. She is a three-year letter winner in basketball for Eastview High School. She played AAU for the Minnesota Fury Elite program for five years. As a junior, Carpenter tallied 7.9 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 4.8 assists per game.

Personal: Carpenter is the daughter of Scott and Paris Carpenter. She is undecided on her major at Minnesota Crookston. Carpenter was born April 19, 2001. She earned academic letters in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
