Biography

2017-18 (Junior): Started all 27 games in her third season with the Golden Eagles, compiling the second most minutes on the team with 938. Lead the Golden Eagles in 3-Point field goal percentage at 40.7%. Had the best showing of her collegiate career against Winona State tallying 19 points, five rebounds and three assists while shooting 4-of-8 from beyond the arc. On the season, Michaelis more than doubled her points per game from her Sophomore year averging 10.9 points per game.

2016-17 (Sophomore): Michaelis started 27 of 28 games on the season...She averaged 5.1 points per game on the season...Shot 32.4 percent from beyond the arc and 85.4 percent from the charity stripe...Tallied 16 points on 5-of-9 from the field and 4-of-7 from beyond the arc against U-Mary...Notched 11 points on 3-of-6 from the field at Upper Iowa...Tallied 10 points on 4-of-7 from the field against Northern State.

2015-16 (Freshman): Michaelis was a key player off of the bench as a freshman for the Golden Eagles...She tallied 3.7 points and 2.3 rebounds per game in her first season...Michaelis played 17.5 minutes per game...She shot 35.5 percent from beyond the arc...Tallied six rebounds against MSU Moorhead...Michaelis had 10 points against Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras...She had nine points versus Minnesota Duluth...Notched six points in a start against U-Mary...She had 11 points on 4-of-7 from the field and 3-of-4 against Winona State.

Prior to UMC: Averaged 12.9 points and 5.1 rebounds per game as a senior at Marshfield H.S...Also averaged 3.9 assists per game as a senior..She earned Honorable Mention All-Wisconsin Valley Conference in ninth grade. In 10th grade, she was a First Team All-Wisconsin Valley Conference and set the record for three-pointers in a game with nine. As a junior, she was a First Team All-WVC pick and earned the Leadership Award and set the school record for three-pointers in a career. Michaelis finished fifth in the league in scoring with 11.7 points per game. She averaged 2.8 assists per game and made 22 three-pointers.

Personal: Michaelis is the daughter of Heidi and Craig Michaelis...She was born Jan. 30, 1997...Michaelis is undecided on her major...Both of her parents were college athletes at Miami University (Ohio).
