Biography

2021-22: Fox was one of the Golden Eagles most consistent low-post players...Finished last season fourth on the team in scoring with 8.2 points per game and second on the team with 5.6 rebounds per game...Started 19 of the teams 23 games...Shot 39.8 percent from the field...Scored in double-digits eight different times...Scored 17 points against Chaminade...Collected two double-doubles on the season...Enters her fifth year in 2022-23 with 601 points in her career.

2020-21: Fox led the team with 5.5 rebounds per game...Also led the Golden Eagles in blocks with 14 on the season...One of three Golden Eagles who averaged double-figures on the season, averaging 10.1 points per game on the season...Collected a double-double in the second season of the game against Concordia-St. Paul, going for 18 points and 14 rebounds...Scored 16 points against Minnesota Duluth, one of the best defenses in the country on Feb. 6.

2019-20 (Sophomore Season): Fox played in 21 games and started 13 as a sophomore for Minnesota Crookston...Fox tallied 7.6 points per game...She led the Golden Eagles with 6.7 rebounds per tilt...Blocked 15 shots on the 2019-20 season...Fox averaged 19.5 minutes per game...She tallied 23 points and eight rebounds versus Nebraska Kearney...Had 11 points and nine boards against Northwest Missouri State...Fox tallied a double-double of 11 points and 11 rebounds against Chaminade...Notched 16 points against Southwest Minnesota State...Tallied 15 points versus Minnesota Duluth...Blocked three shots against Wayne State.

2018-19 (Freshman Season): Started in 17 games in her first season for the Golden Eagles...Averaged 4.5 PPG and 5.6 RPG for the maroon and gold...Scored 11 and 13 points in the final two regular season games for Minnesota Crookston...Her 13 points against SCSU was a career high...Had 10 or more rebounds in five games, including collecting 19 in a double-overtime loss to Minot State.

Prior to UMN Crookston: Fox is a three-time All-Minnesota River Conference selection. She was named the Minnesota River Conference Player of the Year as a junior. Fox has helped lead her team to five Minnesota River Conference Championships and two state appearances. She has career marks of 1,145 points, 972 rebounds and 300 blocks. She is the all-time record holder for blocks at Norwood Young America High School. Fox helped lead her squad to a 29-2 mark last season. She has also found success on the volleyball court, where she is a three-time All-Minnesota River Conference pick. Fox was named All-State in volleyball, as well. She is the school record holder for blocks, kills and games played. Fox also played softball, helping lead the team to a Minnesota River Conference Championship. 

Personal: Fox is the daughter of Darrin and Angie Fox. She plans to major in biology at Minnesota Crookston. Fox was born Aug. 17, 2000. She comes from a long line of coaches. Fox was a member of National Honor Society and is a three-time letter winner.
