2024 (Junior): Curry was an All-NSIC First Team selection...She led Minnesota Crookston hitting .340, with 50 starts...Scored 13 runs, had three doubles, and 17 RBIs...She led the team with 20 walks...Curry had a .788 OPS, and a .426 on-base percentage.
2023 (Sophomore):Â Curry played in 49 games, starting 46 for the Golden Eagles...She hit .353, which lead the team, she also had 22 runs scored, three doubles, two triples, and 27 RBIs...Curry had a .444 on-base percentage...She went 3-of-4 with an RBI, and a home run against St. Cloud State University.
2022 (Freshman): Curry played in 33 games, starting 29 as a freshman for the Golden Eagles...She hit .322, with 21 runs scored, three doubles, one triple, and six RBIs...Curry had a .394 on-base percentage...She went 4-of-4 with an RBI, and a run scored versus UMary...Curry was 4-of-5 with three runs scored, and three RBIs against Concordia-St. Paul.
Prior to UMN Crookston:  As a junior in 2019, Curry hit .413 in 65 PA for her Lincoln East HS squad with four doubles, two home runs and 10 RBI's. During her senior year, she hit eight home runs with 43 RBI's in 115 plate appearances. She was named Class A honorable mention as a junior.
Curry comes from an athletic family. Her brother, Tyrone played football at Doane University (NE), while her father, Thomas played football for the University of Nebraska.
Personal: Whitnee plans to major in Elementary Education while at the University of Minnesota Crookston. She is the daughter of Thomas and Tammy Curry. She was born on Sept. 4, 2003.
